Integrative

​I work integratively and embrace a range of therapeutic models, to help you to find meaning in your experiences. I adopt a personally tailored approach with each individual client and recognise that there isn’t a one size fits all in therapy. The therapeutic journey varies from person to person, the relationship between client and therapist is unique and every client has their own needs and perspectives. That’s why working flexibly and relationally, is at the heart of my practice.

I practice in ways that respect where you are in the therapeutic process and value collaborative working. I hold an open, inclusive and confidential space, where I respond to your pace and personal goals for therapy.

TranspersonalPerspective​

I will work with you to gain wisdom of what the value and soulful meaning of your story is. By giving space to soul, you can discover new perspectives of the transitions and phases that you have encountered in your life. We can explore what soul means for you.

 

Listening to what emerges through your symptoms (thoughts/feelings and behaviors) can allow you to re-vision your story and experiences.

I can support you to develop new ways of coping and being with your symptoms.

Counselling and Psychotherapy can improve many aspects of your health and wellbeing. My approach recognises the value of soulful and holistic healing practices, such as connecting to nature, spirituality & creativity.

Sessions

I offer individual, face to face and online sessions. Short-term and open-ended therapy is available by agreement.

The initial consultation is an opportunity to asks questions and get a feel of how it would be like for us to work together.

Usually six sessions are a good starting point to build upon.

 

In on-going sessions, we can review whether short-term or open-ended therapy is required.

​

The sessions are 50 minutes long and will be held weekly/as arranged at the same place & time, on a set day(s).

If you are unable to attend a session then please notify me 48 hours in advance. My full fee is payable for any missed sessions, without the required notice given.

​

I currently offer online and telephone sessions to manage the risk of Covid-19.

 

Fee

£60 per session – 50 minutes (Concessionary fees may occasionally be available).

 

Location

My practice is based in North London – I work in N10 (Haringey) and also N19 (Islington), E17 (Waltham Forest) & W10 (Kensington & Chelsea).
